Ithaca Toys Officially Incorporated
On August 10, 2018, Mars Flying Saucer Corporation is incorporated.
Founder Lee Kaltman a certified Mathematics Educator had spent all of 2017 working on product development, substitute teaching in primary school classrooms, speaking to the Professional community, and forging connections with local organizations and academia.
With a bright mission in mind of driving STEM learning through play and positively impacting workforce development in his community, Lee Kaltman legalized his ideas and made them a reality.
Mars Flying Saucer Corporation dba Ithaca Toys is now a registered Benefit Corporation (B Corp), meaning we consider how our decisions will impact employees, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.
