Wood Sorting Activity

The Wood Sorting Activity is a fun and engaging exercise to help children analyze how different types of wood are developed and presented. By focusing on the details and patterns of wood from nature, children are motivated to engage all their senses to assist their curiosity and learning experiences.   

In life, we should appreciate our similarities as well as our uniqueness, and we need to learn to communicate that - which is the bigger picture with this activity too.

This activity can be done with the same or different types of wood.
